Organizations
Empower Hampton Roads: EHR works towards social justice in Hampton Roads. Tidewater UCC has been an active supporter of EHR in their work towards equality in workforce housing. EHR also works towards justice in education and healthcare reform.Virginia Beach Senior Resource Center: "The Senior Resource Center aims to provide residents living in southern Virginia Beach the confidence, comfort and security needed to live their lives to the fullest in their own homes as they grow older .... [The SRC] is a place for seniors and their caregivers to go for resources and assistance. The Center serves residents in the southern part of Virginia Beach and strives to help seniors remain in their homes as long as possible."
